Take this Reality

Please unsheathe your finest katana 

Slice my hands away

Wishing to feel again, without the touch

Envisioning of new day 

Feeling my heart aching 

for love unbound

Experience soul swimming

waiting to be found

Resonate essence 

tuning eternal

Unshackling being  

fleeing infernal

Please rid me of my ears

Needing them no more

Allow me to bare witness 

As each drops to the floor

This world has numbed me 

into a silence deserted

i can no longer hear 

population perverted

surmounting hate and ignorance

civilisation through thousands of year

so willing to speak 

but deaf in silence we cannot hear

Please pierce hot burning wire 

Through each of my eyes

For the atrocities I have seen 

I have cried enough cries

Each day wracked with violence

Can you not see, now i’m blind

we all possess empathy 

but lack strength to show kind

Please deny me of my right to smell

Take my nose, from this living hell

Breathing in the stench 

Befouled naively in revenge

my breath repels 

but cannot avenge 

multitudes of stupidity

lessons not learnt 

to smell the spring flowers 

humanity needs to be earn’t 

Sluice my tongue 

For I wish not to taste 

Pleasure on offer 

easily taken in haste 

Wealth in abundance 

yet poverty runs wild

ignoring compassion 

close eyes to that child 

yes,

look the other way 

it’s much easier,

yet the problem shan’t go away 

Take my hands PLEASE as i need no them longer 

Reality before me has not made me stronger 

I need to feel, but do no wish to touch

Wisdom’s are many, but not needed so much 

Living in a world 

Where good and evil are required 

Do not hold my interest

It was never desired

I want to feel whole 

I want to feel unity 

With one single beat of one heart 

Offering us all to be free

A Perfect Passage

Currently I am reading and thinking a lot about ‘The Power of Thought’ I came across this passage, it is something that has been whirling around in my subconscious for a long time as it is an area of my life that I wish to improve on.

This passage is a great read to learn understanding, empathy and compassion for our fellow man. I believe that every single one of us can draw our own wisdoms and perhaps even apply it in their lives.

I love you so

I discover you in

my reflections

 

All around

conditioned souls

with patience awaiting

their directions

 

If I could take you – Humanity

and

hold you long

into the night

 

We could watch the lessons

to be learned

and the dawning

of new light

 

Humanity if I could

rock you so

and learn what it means

to forgive

 

I would sing forgiveness in

a lullaby

within the chorus

we shall learn to live

new love found

to make life itself
